One of the most knowledgeable, compassionate and transparent doctor and staff that I've ever experienced. Dr Hershman and associates are truly professional and efficient in achieving the best outcome/remedy for their patients. I highly recommend Dr Leah Hershman to anyone with vascular concerns and/or conditions.

Where should I start? Smhhh!!! Me and VIP started with a love and hate relationship. With my first appointment with me being 1h15 late and had the audacity to argue with the staff and the Dr. telling them I am not leaving until they see me because I drove 3 hours away to be here. And it was after 5pm. LOL! That’s what makes it so bad. Dr. Hershman was trying to explain that she had to take her little innocent kid to sport practice and there’s no way she could see me and I had to reschedule. My answer was I also have a son who play basketball I should be at his game too but I’m here at your office trying to get some service and I’m not leaving until I get it. After several back and forth, they realized I will not leave so Dr. Hershman asked one of the staff if they could stay with her and asked the ultrasound tech if he could work a little longer so they can go head and get everything done today since I’m here anyway because I should have come back for ultrasound another day. Dr called her husband to leave whatever he was doing to pick up their son from the office to take him to practice. The rest of the staff left and the 4 of us stayed. Dr was there past 1830 making sure I was satisfied answered all my questions, fed me a sandwich, snack and drink. At the end everyone left happy. From this day moving foward even tho I promised myself that after that first visit I would not come back but I couldn’t keep that promise. My experience with VIP has been nothing but amazing. They treat every patient like family. Even tho it’s a long drive for me. I would rather come here then to go 10-5 minutes from my home. When you enter through this door, you feel the presence of the Lord! You feel the positive vibe from everyone. I am asking myself if they ever had a bad day in this office. Working for and with Dr. Hershman it’s like working for Heaven. She is kind, she respect her employees, she treats them with respect and kindness. This is the first thing I look for when I walked in to a business. How do you treat your employees? How do you talk to them? Dr. Hershman will not ask her employees to do anything she won’t do herself. She work just as much they do. She set up for surgery, she mixed her fluids…… when I go to a business I always asked questions about the owner. And believe me some employees will tell you the truth. I love this place. I would recommend everyone to try the staff because they are absolutely amazing. To name a few that I know Miss Donna, Miss Amanda, Miss Tina(front desk), Miss Destiny and saving the best for last the one and only beautiful inside and out the amazing Leah Hershman, D.O. Respect to all these wonderful women of GOD! Thank you for all you for the glory of GOD!

This place is the best! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, Dr Hershman is absolutely the best! You are well cared for from the minute you walk in to after you are home.

I have a history of vein issues and Lisa Hershman has helped me so much. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Hershman! Great doctor and a very friendly staff.

Thanks to Dr. Leah Hershman and her staff at the VIP clinic, Vascular Institute of the Pines. She and her knowledge, professional and caring staff have given me excellent treatment for varicose veins. My legs look better, feel better. They are not tired or swollen anymore. I recommend them to anyone for this problem. And she gives many other aesthetic and wellness treatments, also. 5 stars to the whole clinic.

We have been coming to the Vascular Institute for a couple months now. my husband and I both had different procedures done. I have never seen an office with such friendly smiling faces. Offices very nice, clean and decorated nicely. They were Fast and efficient no wait at all in the lobby. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs vascular care or the emsella chair, which is why I was there., This is the place for you.

The staff is very friendly and courteous and Dr.Hershmam is wonderful excellent experience with her service and the outcome of the procedure thank you VIP...
